Reformer Group Classes
The Reformer apparatus provides impact-free spring retention strengthening exercises. We use STOTT PILATES®, the top of the line of all Reformer models with Towers and the Stability Chair. These all add a more challenging variety of exercises to expand your repertoire of balancing, strengthening, and toning exercises. Our Clients love the fact that our Reformer Classes are comprised of semi-private groups with four people in a class.

Private One-on-One & Custom Training Programs
Private one-on-one sessions are unique in that they are completely tailored to the individual client and his or her specific needs and goals. We evaluate the client with a posture analysis and design a workout program incorporating the STOTT PILATES® Principles. All pieces of equipment are utilized. These Sessions are 60 mins.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening floor exercise form of Pilates that focuses on your core muscles, which in turn can prepare you and help you to be more successful in your Reformer class. You will learn the proper techniques while focusing on alignment and the awareness of bodily connections. Mat Pilates also teaches you to identify with your own body's weaknesses and imbalances and discover how to overcome them. Specific cueing guides you to understand and feel the perfect balance while deepening your mind-body connection with ease of movement.

Yoga Classes
Gentle yoga is great for any level as it can be as easy or as difficult as you want with the modifications. Our Yoga instructor's goal is to bring ease and mobility to your body and encourage you to discover new strength and flexibility you never knew you had.
Gentle Yoga or “Slow Flow” is a gentle style of yoga practice that is performed at a slower pace, with an emphasis on breathing and quiet reflection. With less intense positions, meditation, and breath work, you will leave your class feeling more relaxed, flexible, clear-headed, and calm.
