Class Details:

The Reformer apparatus provides impact free spring retention strengthening exercises. We use STOTT PILATES® top of the line Reformers with Towers and the Stability Chair. These all add a more challenging and variety of exercises to expand your repertoire of balancing, strengthening and toning exercises.

Class Details:

Private one on one sessions are unique in that they are completely tailored to the individual client and his or her specific needs and goals. We evaluate the client with a posture analysis and design a workout program incorporating the STOTT PILATES® Principles. All pieces of equipment are utilized. These Sessions are 60 mins.
