Pilates is a set of unique intense exercises that help to make you stronger and leaner, a low impact healthier approach to fitness that is focused on engaging the mind body connection. Pilates sculpts and stretches every muscle in your body through a unique series of fluid exercises without stress or strain.
Pilates enables the body to strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, mobility and improve overall alignment and health. All exercises are guided with proper breath patterns, form and precise movement. It aides in body awareness, improved coordination and building muscular endurance.
Pilates is suited for all body types and all fitness levels. The results are an improvement in posture and abdominal core strength while reducing common problems of neck, back and joint pain. In addition to helping to make your abs stronger or give you better muscular endurance in your core, Pilates can also help you focus, breathe and move with more grace and flexibility.
You will have an overall improvement in your fitness health resulting in an overall whole body health for your everyday life. A body that works better, feels better.
